Rehearsal Booking

Brand spanking new equipment

Bookings can be made by telephone, text, email or Facebook, we will endeavor to confirm booking slots as soon as possible either by return call or email reply.  We now accept payment by both card and cash!

It is advisable to reserve backline when booking rooms, note drum kits (don’t forget your snare and cymbals, although we do have these available for hire!) and Vocal PA is supplied free in all rehearsal rooms

We request that the slot is paid for after your rehearsal by card or cash.  In the event that the rehearsal slots are cancelled without due notice (see cancellation policy) a request of payment will still be made.

Please note your session includes setting up and packing away your equipment we advise that customers pack up and vacate rooms promptly for the next band.

Costs

Rehearsal slots:

£7 per hour offpeak
(10.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday)

£9 per hour peak
(5pm – midnight Monday to Friday)
(10.30am – midnight Saturday and Sunday)

6 Hours for £40 anytime any day (cab/head hire not included)

3 hours for £20 on Saturdays!

All equipment checked for condition and safety prior to hire

Hartke bass amp £2 per session
Hartke head £2 per session
Cymbals £2 per session
Drum pedal £2 per session
Snare £2 per session

Equipment purchase – forgotten something? Broken a string?  Please visit our in-house equipment shop for strings, drumsticks, plectrum, leads etc.

Cancellations
Due to last minute cancellations we have had to impose a cancellation policy.  Last minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill slots and therefore slots are left empty.

Notice of a cancellation must be made at LEAST 48 HRS before the booking otherwise a £10 cancellation fee will be incurred.  The cancellation fee is a strict company policy.

Storage

Storage space is charged at £28 per month.  Enquire for further information
Equipment in storage can be accessed during business opening hours 10.30am-midnight.  If access to the storage units is required outside of business hours, this may be arranged but may incur a nominal charge.

The Green Rooms can accept no responsibility for equipment left on the premises either while in storage or for any other purpose whatsoever.

We require at least 1 week notice of cancellation of storage space.

In the event of any outstanding sums being owed to The Green Rooms for storage, The Green Rooms reserves the right to sell equipment to recover the amount owed.

Reasonable steps will be made to return any remainder to the original owner.

Age Policy

The Green Rooms advise supervision by a parent/guardian of persons under the age of 16.  The Green Rooms can hold no responsibility for supervision for under 16 year olds.  It must noted that when a booking is made you are in agreement to our terms and conditions.
