Liberty Lies, OXP, Naughty Thoughts and Default Notice!
22nd May 2010
Kicking off a night of good ol’ classic rock were the awesome Default Notice. It was their first gig and they gave a truly wicked performance – they appeared to be brimming with confidence and seemed completely unfazed with the fact that it was their first ever gig. They got the crowd seriously warmed up with their classic catchy rock sounds, playing their own original material and throwing in a few crowd-pleaser covers such as ‘Hard to handle’ and demonstrating that they are also talented musicians with some wicked guitar solos and an awesome drum solo. Check them out here!
Naughty thoughts were up next, amazing as always! Awesome to watch with their effortless style of playing, their soloing is brilliant. They have an nice bluesy rock sound and are not only mesmerizing but incredibly talented. It seems to be taking off for the Naughty thoughts as they are gigging more and more. They sum up what a rock band should be – they jam between song, they write amazing stuff and they are great live. Check them out here!
